EI Australia have been selected by Parkview Constructions as the Environmental Consultant on the Woolooware Bay Development– Stage 4. The proposed development comprises of mixed-uses and includes

·        The new Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club

·        Approximately 18,000 m2 retail GLA including two supermarkets, and a variety of mixed-use specialty stores.

·        5 residential apartment towers with approximately 255 medium density style apartments, featuring a pool and communal areas; and

·        Town centre public domain areas.
